Jeannie Shubitz

Jeannie Shubitz favorite Phoenix Theatre credits include: Percy in The Spitfire Grill, Luisa Contini in Nine, and as Margaret Johnson in The Light in the Piazza.  NYC credits: Mary/Elizabeth in Creation: A Ghost Story; Soprano soloist in MISIA at Playwrights Horizons.  Regional credits include: Eliza Doolittle (My Fair Lady), Christine in Phantom (ariZona Award winner), and Magnolia (Show Boat). A native of Tucson, AZ, Jeannie has performed at regional theaters throughout the country from New York to Alaska, and holds a Master's Degree in Musical Theatre/Opera Performance from Arizona State University.  She, along with her husband, actor Jason Fleck, recently returned to her home state after spending five years living and working as a professional singer/actor in New York City.
