PHOENIX –  On April 25, a group of 60 guests escaped the hustle and bustle of the city and spent a relaxing evening at a memorable Parties of Note hosted by Ginger and Don Brandt and Sharon and Dr. Oliver Harper and the Harper’s central Phoenix home.
