Election Continues Momentum as Symphony Charts the Course Toward a Bright Future
PHOENIX (February 5, 2025) –The Phoenix Symphony announced the election of two Directors to the Board, Mr. Philip Kim and Mr. Mark Stebbings for an initial term of three years.

Phil Kim is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Signature Wealth Concepts. Since 2002, his focus has been on providing Financial Planning and Wealth Management guidance for individuals and businesses. Phil has served on multiple leadership committees during his career, both within the firm and also within the industry. He has been a frequent main platform speaker over the years, presenting on subjects such as business strategies, career advice, financial planning, and motivational topics.
Mark Stebbings is the Chief Executive Officer for National Bank of Arizona. He was appointed to this role in August 2024. Mr. Stebbings is also an Executive Vice President of Zions Bancorporation and serves on the Bancorporation Executive Management Committee. Mark is an active member in the community and has been part of the Zions Bancorporation team since 1999, most recently as the Executive Vice President and Director of Specialty Lending for NB|AZ.

Board Chair Adam Goodman stated, “It is with great excitement that we welcome Philip Kim and Mark Stebbings to the Phoenix Symphony’s Board of Directors. Their expertise and perspectives will be key in shaping the orchestra’s future. Kim and Stebbings join a board of 30 people that includes the following Officers: Board Chair Adam Goodman; Morris “Mo” Stein, Chair Elect; Lon Babby, Immediate Past Co-Chair; Susan Haag, Treasurer; Laura Franco French, Secretary; David Bornemann, Vice Chair; Dr. Oliver “Ollie” Harper, Vice Chair and Chair Emeritus; Jenny Holsman Tetreault, Vice Chair; and Jeff Rich, Vice Chair.
