By creating an account or purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
General Attendance Policies
- No seating while a performance is in progress. Late seating is at the discretion of the ushers. Some programs do not allow late seating once the program has begun.
- The Phoenix Symphony may photograph or record ticketholders and use such photography or recordings in good faith to promote the Symphony, without remuneration or additional permission from the ticketholder.
- The taking of photographs or use of any recording devices is strictly prohibited during performances.
- Please silence all mobile phones and electronic devices before the performance begins.
Ticketing Policies
- Your ticket is a revocable license and may be revoked at any time for violation of venue policies.
- No refunds. If you are unable to use your tickets, please call Patron Services at 602-495-1999 prior to the performance to exchange your tickets or donate them back to the Symphony.
- Patron Services hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Third-Party & Unauthorized Ticket Sellers
- The Phoenix Symphony strongly recommends purchasing tickets directly through our official website, box office, or approved partner vendors.
- We are not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers, including resale websites, brokers, or individuals.
- Tickets obtained from unauthorized sellers may be:
- Invalid
- Mispriced
- Misrepresented
- For incorrect dates, seat locations, or performances
- We reserve the right to deny entry to patrons holding tickets that cannot be validated or were purchased from unapproved sources.
- We cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or customer support for tickets not purchased directly through our authorized channels.
If tickets are transferred or resold through an approved platform, the ticket holder assumes all associated risks.
