The Sound of Speed 2 is a groundbreaking concert and street festival celebrating the collision of great music, classic cars and the people who love them both, all to benefit The Phoenix Symphony’s Education and Community Outreach programs. The October 24, 2015 event begins with Barrett-Jackson’s Pit Road Street Festival at 3:00 p.m. featuring rare cars from all over the world, an exclusive pre-concert party at 5:00 p.m. for VIP’s and Sponsors, and a one-of-a-kind multimedia concert, performed live by The Phoenix Symphony at 7:30 p.m. The performance will feature musical tributes to cars and racing in film and pop culture as well as an all-American homage to the military and veterans.
