Our very own Phoenix Symphony Chorus takes center stage in this chorus-only concert featuring Randall Thompson’s monumental “The Peaceable Kingdom,” inspired by Edward Hicks’s painting of the same name. Hailed as a “gem of Phoenix’s cultural scene,” the Chorus has impressed audiences in performances throughout Arizona, Carnegie Hall in New York City, and as far away as Vienna. The concert will be a journey through these and other thrilling works written specifically for unaccompanied and piano accompanied chorus.
