Your Guide to the 2024/25 Season

Thank you for joining the Phoenix Symphony Family!

Inside your Subscriber Portfolio you will find your Subscriber Benefit Card. This card will grant you access to exclusive subscriber events. You will also present this card to receive Phoenix Symphony Subscriber discounts at participating area restaurants (see below for list of restaurants).

  • Arrive early for easy parking and shorter security lines
    • The Box Office opens two (2) hours prior to performance time
    • Security and the lobby open one (1) hour prior to performance time
    • Seating begins 30 minutes before performance time
  • Remember your small or clear bag (see Phoenix Convention Center bag policy)
  • Most performances are approximately two (2) hours long, including a 20 minute intermission
  • There are restrooms on the main floor on both the east and west side of Symphony Hall as well as upstairs near Portals 9 and 10
  • There are restrooms located downstairs in the Orpheum Theatre
  • Order your drink prior to the concert to avoid long lines during intermission
  • Consider riding the light rail or using a rideshare service to avoid parking hassles
  • Can’t make your performance? We will exchange your tickets for you, just give us a call
  • Enjoy the same seats for every performance in your Classics and PHOENIX POPS Subscription 
  • First chance to renew or upgrade seats 
  • Save 20% OFF regular single ticket prices and utilize the 20% OFF all season long 
  • One low service fee for the whole season 
  • Free exchanges throughout the season 
  • Opportunities to meet your Phoenix Symphony Musicians 
  • Subscriber Benefit Card giving you 15% off area restaurants 
  • Access to Podium Preview video series during the search for our next Virginia G. Piper Music Director 

Terms may vary by restaurant. Discount is valid for up to two people per member card. Discount can be used for lunch or dinner, excluding holidays. Gratuity should be based on the total bill prior to subscriber discount. Subscriber discount may not be combined with any other offer or other special promotions.

This season you can purchase your parking directly from ACE through their website or phone app for Symphony Hall performances. Pre-pay online to reserve your space. If your schedule changes, your parking pass can change, too.

Please note The Phoenix Symphony does not own or operate parking structures, which fill up quickly. We recommend arriving early to obtain parking.

When taking the Light Rail to Symphony Hall, the closest stops are:

  • 3rd St. & Washington (westbound)
  • 3rd St. & Jefferson (eastbound)

There are Park & Ride locations available at:

  • 38th St. & Washington (westbound)
  • Central Avenue & Camelback Road (eastbound)

Consider using rideshare services such as Uber, Lyft or Waymo as an alternative to driving, giving you a door-to-door experience.
