Voucher Donation Request

As a service to the community it serves, The Phoenix Symphony routinely donates vouchers for use in raffles, auctions, and other fundraising events for non-profit organizations, including public and private schools, school sponsored groups, arts groups, and business groups conducting a fundraiser for a charitable purpose.  The defining criterion for eligibility is an IRS non-profit status (501c3). The Phoenix Symphony does not judge an eligible organization’s objectives beyond this criterion. 

Eligible groups should submit their donation request by filling the form below at least 6 weeks prior to the fundraising event. Donation requests should specify the organization name, the place, time, and purpose of the fundraiser, and the name and address to which the voucher may be sent.  Requests will be recorded and a ticket voucher sent to eligible organizations with a form letter explaining the value of the donation.

The Phoenix Symphony processes one donation request per season per non-profit organization.
