Audiences may recognize Cheyenne Jackson from his roles in such TV shows as “Glee” and “30 Rock,” or his work in the Michael Douglas HBO flick “Behind the Candelabra.”

Others may know his Broadway career, which includes “Xanadu,” “All Shook Up” and the 2009 revival of “Finian’s Rainbow.” He also has made a couple of superior albums, the contemporary “I’m Blue, Skies” and “The Power of Two,” a cabaret collection with Michael Feinstein.

But if you see Jackson perform this week with the Phoenix Symphony, expect to walk away with an even greater sense of who he is and what he’s all about….
