Mission

The Young Professionals Council unites emerging leaders who are passionate about music, philanthropy, and community impact. We cultivate meaningful connections, champion the mission and programs of The Phoenix Symphony, and empower the next generation of arts supporters through engagement, leadership, and collective giving.

Vision

To inspire a vibrant and diverse community of Young Professionals who elevate the reach and relevance of The Phoenix Symphony, strengthen its future through philanthropy and advocacy, and contribute to a culturally rich and enduring symphonic legacy for generations to come.

Goals:

Grow the Next-Gen Symphony Community: Expand and energize new, diverse audiences by inviting young professionals to experience and support live orchestral music.

Make a Meaningful Impact: Advance the Symphony’s mission through collective giving, advocacy, and support for music education, community programs, and artistic excellence.

Amplify the Symphony’s Voice: Act as ambassadors who elevate the Symphony’s visibility through outreach, social engagement, and collaborative partnerships.

Innovate to Drive Sustainability: Create fresh, original fundraising and engagement ideas that resonate with the next generation of arts supporters.

Champion Arts & Culture in the Valley: Position the Young Professionals Council as a dynamic force that celebrates and uplifts Phoenix’s arts and culture landscape.
