The Phoenix Symphony, in partnership with Central Sound at Arizona PBS, is announcing its 2020 broadcast series will air starting Monday, March 23. In these times of uncertainty, music can serve as a comfort, even while live performances are unavailable. New Gift from Thunderbirds Charities Allows The Phoenix Symphony to Expand Successful Educational Outreach Program

The Phoenix Symphony is proud to announce a recent $15,000 grant initiative from Thunderbirds Charities – the hosts of the Waste Management Phoenix Open – towards their Mind Over Music™ program. This generous gift from Thunderbirds Charities exemplifies their mission to assist children and families and improve the quality of life in the State of Arizona. The funds from this gift will enable The Phoenix Symphony to reach additional students and schools by bringing music concepts to classrooms paired alongside Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.
